Sirwa Sharifi

Field of work and experience

Sirwa works as a language interpreter. She has a master's degree in international studies from South Africa and a one-year program in conflict resolution from New Zealand. Sirwa has experience as a course instructor for the Red Cross and as a mediator in the Conciliation Board. Sirwa is engaged in volunteer work and organizational development, and has held various positions and contributed to local aid projects in Norway, India, New Zealand, and South Africa.

Marius Haavind

Field of work and experience

Marius works as a senior adviser for education and Dembra mentor at the Nansen Peace Center, with responsibility for the Innlandet region. At the center, he guides schools in efforts to prevent exclusion and undemocratic attitudes. He also teaches school students through the peace center's educational programs.

Sigurd Rønningen

Field of work and experience

Sigurd er kommunikasjonsrådgiver ved Nansen fredssenter. Lengst fartstid har han som featurejournalist i Dagens Næringsliv. De siste årene har han drevet eget kommunikasjonsbyrå, og utviklet konsepter, tekster, visuelle uttrykk og budskap for et bredt spekter av oppdragsgivere innen kultur- og reiselivet. Sigurd er samfunnsviter og journalist fra UiO og Norsk Journalisthøyskole.

Irene has been a lecturer and career counselor at Lillehammer Upper Secondary School since 1990. Trained as a kindergarten teacher, teacher, special education teacher, and counselor. Irene is passionate about a school where diversity is valued, everyone feels included, and solidarity is a natural part of everyday life. As a South Sami, Irene actively works for visibility and understanding of the Sami people in the Innlandet region.

Lisa Eshoel Knudsen

Field of work and experience

Lisa is an author, public debater, and CEO of Dialogpilotene (Dialogue Pilotes). Since 2015, Dialogpilotene has been educating young people in faith and worldview dialogue. Knudsen has published the books Det er personlig (It is personal - 2022) and Woke (2023), and regularly contributes to the public debate. Lisa has a background in history and comparative politics.

Ane Tosterud Holte

Ane lives in Lillehammer and works daily as a senior adviser at the aid organization FORUT. She has a master's degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Oslo, is politically active, and serves on the executive committee of Lillehammer municipality as a representative for Lillehammer Labour Party.

Stig Hoseth

Field of work and experience

Stig Hoseth is the deputy chair of the board. In his professional life he is the department director of the Norwegian Forest Museum (the Anno Museum). Under his leadership, the museum has worked with «Dialogue in Nature and Environmental Management» with a focus on issues related to wolves, hydropower, and wind power, partly in collaboration with the Nansen Center for Peace and Dialogue. Stig is a trained landscape architect, is a former chief municipal executive, and has extensive experience with various studies, user participation issues and political decision-making processes.
