Field of work and experience
Kimberley has experience in project management, qualitative research, and international cultural and political cooperation. She holds a master's degree in social anthropology from the University of Hamburg and a bachelor's degree in social anthropology and international relations from the University of Exeter. Kimberley has worked on topics such as populism, extremism, hate speech, freedom of expression, and democratic practice in Europe, Scandinavia, and Myanmar. She comes from the position of coordinator for the project "SafeCity Bærum," where she worked with schools, civil society organizations, as well as the police and various departments in the municipality to implement activities and measures to prevent hate speech, polarization, and discrimination.
