We hope to see you online in our next Pockets of Peace Alumni meetup on December 8th: Guided Reflections and Supervision for Facilitators hosted by Neil Oliver.
Lifelong facilitator Neil Oliver will introduce the Action Learning approach, a structured peer-reflection method that helps facilitators work through real challenges and learn from experience.
An Action Learning Set brings together a small group of practitioners who support one another through open questions, attentive listening, and reflective dialogue. Rather than offering advice, participants help each other generate insights and deepen their learning.
Together, we will explore how supervision and reflective practice more broadly can strengthen professional development, enhance facilitation skills, and support facilitators' self-care.
This event is part of the Pockets of Peace Meetup Series: a free, bi-monthly online gathering exclusively for alumni of Nansen Center for Peace and Dialogue courses. The meetups provide a space for knowledge-sharing, learning, and reflection on themes related to dialogue and peacebuilding.
