In his professional life he is the department director of the Norwegian Forest Museum (the Anno Museum). Under his leadership, the museum has worked with \u00abDialogue in Nature and Environmental Management\u00bb with a focus on issues related to wolves, hydropower, and wind power, partly in collaboration with the Nansen Center for Peace and Dialogue. Trained as a kindergarten teacher, teacher, special education teacher, and counselor. Irene is passionate about a school where diversity is valued, everyone feels included, and solidarity is a natural part of everyday life. Sirwa has experience as a course instructor for the Red Cross and as a mediator in the Conciliation Board.
