Training courses are basically part of long-term collaboration efforts promoting dialogue, relationship building and inclusion.<\/p>\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<div class=\"columns small-12 large-5 large-offset-1\">\n\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"sub-page-hero__image\" src=\"https:\/\/peace.no\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/KAI_6153.jpeg\" alt=\"\" \/>\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n\n<section id=\"wysiwyg-block_23a0a7e9990d1bddc5b4f7e0a486ce90\" class=\"block-section wysiwyg transparent align-full\">\n\t<div class=\"row\">\n\t\t<p>We welcome visits from school classes and go out to schools with educational programs on topics such as identity and prejudice, human dignity and racism, democracy, and cultural diversity.<\/p>\n<p>The Nansen Center for Peace actively works with schools in Innlandet as part of the national Dembra network and offers courses and guidance on how schools can build democratic preparedness and prevent prejudice, exclusion, and racism.<\/p>\n<p>Senteret holder <a href=\"https:\/\/peace.no\/aktiviteter\/kurs\/\"><strong>dialogkurs<\/strong><\/a> med \u00e5pen p\u00e5melding og vi im\u00f8tekommer foresp\u00f8rsler om \u00e5 fasilitere dialog. Kurs og workshops i dialog og fredelig konfliktl\u00f8sning holdes jevnlig i samarbeid med andre organisasjoner og institusjoner.<\/p>\n<p>Nansen Fredssenter arrangerer ogs\u00e5 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/peace.no\/vare-aktiviteter\/arrangere-dialog\/\">folkedialog<\/a>,<\/strong> en metode utviklet av senteret. En folkedialog er en temabasert dialog i form av et et \u00e5pent folkem\u00f8te basert p\u00e5 dialogiske prinsipper. It can serve as a counterforce to echo chambers and polarized debates, while still creating space for conversation about contentious topics. The seminar is a collaboration between the Nansen Peace Center, the Nansen Academy, and the Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences.
